Job Summary: This position provides backup to the service coordinator, and is the main contact for our builders, sub-contractors and field supervisors. Additionally, this position monitors emails, schedules, portals, punch and repair jobs and is the main contact for all metal jobs and invoices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Closely monitors the builders on-line schedule to keep it up-to-date.
• Assure all jobs are added to the schedule.
• Creates job numbers.
• Request and follow-up on VPOs for metal and gutters.
• Communicate with builders and homeowners as needed.
• Communicate with builders on the status of the work performed by the crews.
• Assign all metal pre-flash and installs jobs on time.
• Accurate filing of invoices and POs as necessary.
• Affirm that pre-flash and metal install pictures are provided by the metal subcontractors.
• Maintain master spreadsheet for accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience using Sage is a plus.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One year of office experience or related training.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

• 1 year of experience in office or construction industry preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform some travel.
• Light to moderate lifting up to 15 pounds, pushing and pulling abilities.
