Job Description
We are a fast-growing agency in the Chicago Northwest Suburbs, and we are now accepting resumes for a Hybrid Remote agent position. This position offers uncapped pay, including a competitive base salary, commissions, bonuses, prizes, and recognition awards. Agents earn around $50-60,000 per year on average. However, some top Agents countrywide following our proven sales training earn $100,000+.
Our agency’s number one goal has always been to take care of those on our team, and this is followed closely by making sure our clients have an EXTRAORDINARY experience during every interaction with our team. This experience starts with our Agents who help welcome new clients to our agency family.
As a part of our team, your role will be to help the customer secure the best policies with proper coverages to protect them and their family if something were to happen.
In other words, you will become a Trusted Advisor.

Requirements
- Previous employment in a sales representative role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers.
- A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one. —in Property & Casualty
- A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required for the position, but we can show you how to obtain the necessary license. The process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks
You will be offered the opportunity to work remotely, after going through Allstate training and showing satisfactory performance results, and ability to work individually.

Pay: $52,619.66 - $61,354.22 per year
