How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Practice Manager, you will help lead the office and help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in a training program where you’ll gain business and leadership knowledge designed to help you be successful and grow within our organization.
Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
Supervise and develop the non-clinical staff within the dental practice
Coordinates with clinical team to help ensure a positive patient experience
How You’ll Succeed
Ready to be part of a patient-centric team
1-3 years of experience in management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently
Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications
Associates degree or higher preferred
