Job Descriptions

Server: Your personality and commitment to create something different for every Guest plus Buffalo Wild Wings amazing offerings in Wings, Beer, Sports equals total awesomeness! You are the “go-to” person with the knowledge and confidence to read your Guest and recommend just the right thing to hit the spot. You satisfy the cravings and quench the thirst for our fans. You hook them up with the right sauce, the prefect seasoning, the ideal app and you wrap it up with genuine interaction crating a great experience for every Guest.

Cashier: Make a great first impression with each and every Guest. Greet hungry sports fans like they are part of our team. You need to be energetic, friendly and genuinely interested about what brings Guest through our doors. This position is all about multi-tasking. One minute you will find the right spot for a Little League team celebrating their latest win, the next minute you are managing takeout orders and helping Guest pay for their orders. You will be “on deck” to help as needed throughout the Guest time with us, before they leave you need to invite them back to be part of our team again. Cashier specific role is responsible for managing all takeout orders and accurately entering orders into the Point of Sale System and collecting payments.

Bartender: This Team Member blends equal parts of enthusiasm, attention to detail, and knowledge of our extensive food and beverage options. We count on you to create a unique, personal experience for each Guest you encounter by making personal connections. Drive loyalty with talk of sports, interesting beverages to pair with food, and help promote promotional programs. Educate, inform, entertain and engage with a great attitude that brings Guest back!

Other duties as assigned by management – pay rate is determines by the service, operational or cleanliness duty assigned.
