Robert Half is scouting out talented Desktop Support Technicians who are able to relay difficult technical information to non-technical users in an easily understandable and concise format for a company in the Legal industry. Problem solvers who enjoy working in a challenging and positive environment may do well in this Desktop Support Technician position. This Desktop Support Analyst role is permanent in nature and is located in the Los Angeles, California, area.
Location: Downtown LA
Hybrid on-site 3 days a week
Full-time only
Key responsibilities
- Give support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
- Fix computer problems, and recommend appropriate action/solutions
- Support, examine, and repair computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
- hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
- Administer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Interface regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
- Curate records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
- Desktop support or related experience
- Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
- Imanage OR NetDocuments experience required
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365
