Overall Accountability
The Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager develops, executes, manages and evaluates marketing campaigns to meet organizational results, inclusive of:
· Working independently with the product manager to establish overall objectives, measurable results, and key campaign messages/themes
· Identifying the assets required for each campaign, and c ollaborating with designers, product leads, sales professionals, external influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our target members
· Writing copy and producing various types of downloadable content (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, guides, short and long form video, etc.) to support campaign objectives
· Developing and independently managing a campaign budget in alignment with reach and conversion goals, monitor engagement and adjusting advertising spend to effectively achieve desired campaign performance
· Evaluating results against objectives and key performance indicators, presenting findings to marketing leadership and product managers
Additional responsibilities include:
· Working with Event & Partnerships team to identify most effective community events to showcase our products and services. Serve as an event lead for key off-site events as needed to ensure promotion, materials, staff engagement are aligned with target goals of event.
· Continually optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
· Collaborating with designers to develop marketing assets and content that drives engagement and overall brand awareness.
· Keep up with new trends and best practices for both retail banking and digital marketing.
Required Qualifications
· BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or 3-4 years equivalent of proven success executing digital marketing campaigns
· Ability to manage projects from beginning to end, including leading strategic discussions with team members and product leaders.
· Advanced interpersonal and communication skills and ability to lead campaign strategy discussions with leadership team and make real time pivots to plan as needed to achieve desired business results.
· Ability to manage campaign budget and analyze engagement, prioritize, and adapt campaign spend in alignment with campaign performance or changing deadlines.
· Experience driving high quality leads that facilitate both sales growth as well as digital/e-commerce growth.
· Proficiency in marketing automation (Hubspot/Marketo/Eloqua/Salesforce CRM); generation of inbound traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted members.
· Experience in content creation (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.)
· Strong project management skills and knowledge of (Asana, SmartSheets)
· Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
· Proficient at using Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and Teams
