The Receptionist will be a part of the Scheduling Department, aiding the Customer Relations Specialist(s) by answering incoming phone calls, confirming appointments, and fielding FAQs. *** 100% Remote/Work from Home ***
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service via inbound and outbound phone calls with clients
- Routing calls to correct department or team member
- Answering general questions regarding services and FAQs
- Entering called-in assignments into appropriate database with accuracy and attention to detail
- Confirming inspection appointments within homeowners’ preferred availability
- Crafting professional emails to convey pertinent information with zero errors
- Communicating urgent or escalated situations to senior team members or management, as needed
- Organizing workload based on priority/urgency
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements & Experience:
- Minimum of two years customer service experience
- Professional written & verbal communication; phone skills; empathetic service
- Initiative; attention to detail; ability to work on a team or independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload; calm under pressure
- Ability to complete accurate documentation
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Quiet work environment
- High-speed internet service
