POSITION TITLE: Project Manager to Executive VP Department - ( CHRISTIAN PRO LIFE ORGANIZATION )


CLASSIFICATION:
Exempt ( 70 - 75K )

TYPE:
Full time ( Monday - Friday )

REPORTS TO:
Executive Vice President

Project Manager is responsible for project management/coordination for the Executive Vice President and his department. This role will involve high level project management and coordination. (PM) will be responsible for oversight, ownership and accountability of all activities relating to projects of varying size and complexity. They will communicate, manage and adapt continuously to achieve success in order to assist Human Coalition achieve its mission of existing to rescue children and serve families across America.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating major initiatives across multiple departments under the Executive Vice President. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensure project timelines are met, and effectively communicate project updates to the Executive Vice President and other stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Communications, Government, IT, Strategic Services, Family Services, and the National Rescue System to PRC Partnership and Services.
  • Projects with the National Rescue System to gather requirements, identify dependencies, and establish project plans and timelines.
  • Ensure project plans are well documented, resources are assigned, and risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and communicating updates to the Executive Vice President and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, ensuring key decisions are made, actions are recorded, and team members are aligned on project goals.
  • Manage project close-out, ensuring deliverables are completed and lessons learned are captured and shared.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think creatively and problem solve, with the ability to identify and manage risks and issues.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality work and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
