Alarm Monitor Dispatcher Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift (Monday through Saturday from 02:00pm to 10:00pm)

• Monitoring alarm systems on computers and phone
• Respond to panic & hold up alarms for businesses
• Answer calls from clients & call clients when alarms go off
• Provide great customer service
• Dispatch first responders (fire & police) as needed

Alarm Monitor Dispatcher Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service in an office setting required
• Must be computer literate
• Requires a sense of urgency and the ability to stay calm under pressure

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
