We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in the dynamic field of marketing. As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to support various marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This is a hands-on role that will allow you to apply your knowledge and skills while learning from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach.

Support the creation and optimization of digital media campaigns across various platforms, such as social media, search engines, display networks, and video-sharing platforms.

Collaborate with the team to develop engaging and compelling content for digital media campaigns, including copywriting, image selection, and video editing.

Monitor and analyze media campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify media trends, target audience behavior, and potential opportunities.

Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and influencer collaborations.

Contribute to the planning and execution of media events, such as live streams, webinars, and online promotions.

Assist in maintaining relationships with media partners, influencers, and content creators.

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging media platforms to propose innovative marketing ideas and tactics.

Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements:

Bilingual in Chinese: Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages is preferred, as it enables effective communication with team members and stakeholders in bilingual environments.

Passion for social media: The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for social media and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the industry. They should demonstrate a strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique features.

Familiarity with social media influencers: The candidate should be familiar with social media influencers and have knowledge of their impact on marketing campaigns. They should understand how to effectively collaborate with influencers and leverage their audience to promote products or services.

Experience in content creation: It is preferred that the candidate has prior experience in content creation, such as writing blog posts, creating videos, or designing graphics. This experience will be valuable in assisting with the development of marketing materials and engaging with the online community.

Bachelor's Degree in talent management, influencer relations, events, or public relations: A degree in one of these fields would provide a solid foundation for understanding talent management, influencer relations, event planning, or public relations strategies. This knowledge will be beneficial in executing marketing initiatives effectively.

Solid understanding of major social media and video platforms: The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of popular social media platforms, including Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook. They should be able to navigate these platforms proficiently and understand their functionalities for marketing purposes.

Strong project management skills: The candidate should possess excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. This skill is crucial in ensuring the timely execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Comfortable with a fast-paced, start-up environment: The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment. They should be adaptable, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. Additionally, the ability to collaborate with international teams is highly desirable.

Excellent networking and people management skills: The candidate should have strong networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with influencers, industry professionals, and stakeholders. Effective people management skills will also be valuable when collaborating with internal team members and external partners.
