General Labor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Handle, package, load and unload raw material or products and move materials within the production areas.
• Pull parts out of a sheet of steel that a lasers cut
• Perform deburring, grinding, and sanding to ensure part meets specifications and quality standards.
• Responsible for the handling and movement of materials
• Lift raw materials, final products, and items and prepare for movement and shipment
• Perform a full range of warehousing activities to include receiving, storing, selecting and preparing for shipment raw materials and finished products.
• Safely operate a variety of grinders, sanders, and other hand tools and power tools.
• Use hand tools and power tools to descale, deburr, and sand parts to specifications
• Load and unload materials from outgoing and incoming trucks
• Move raw materials and finished product between the warehouse and production areas
• Follow instructions as listed on drawings and manufacturing job travelers
• Package parts and materials to prepare for safe shipment or movement and to prevent damage.
• Complete activity logs and report all issues to the Laser Department Team Leader
• Perform daily PM on forklifts and complete corresponding documentation

General Labor Qualifications:

• Ability to safely operate a forklift
• Ability to make and read measurements
• Ability to read dimensions from a drawing and measure the same on the part
• Ability to read, understand and carry out written instructions
• Standing up to 100% of the entire time
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 35 lbs. frequently.
• High School Diploma/GED Required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
