Our long-time Food Processing Client with an excellent reputation in their industry is PARTNERING with STAFFING PARTNERS in search of an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst for thisIMMEDIATE and Excellent Direct Hire Opportunity!

Salary - $80 - $100K, Possibly Higher DOE!

Job Location - Stanislaus County (Modesto, Ceres, Turlock, Patterson, Riverbank, Oakdale)

The Analyst will collect and interpret the Company's performance statistics and other relevant data, and will take this information and rework it into charts, graphs, and workflows to help the Leadership Teams better understand the data. The Analyst will use current statistics to find areas of improvement regarding the Company's performance, efficiency, or financial status.

• Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
• Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
• Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
• Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
• Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required and more than five years of experience in finance or accounting or a related area
• General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
