Job Description

This role will support the Executive Compensation and Global Mobility teams to build strong partnerships with a focus on helping them identify risks and implement appropriate controls to mitigate the risks.

Job responsibilities
  • Work with the Executive Compensation and Global Mobility teams to build strong partnerships with a focus on helping them identify risks and implement appropriate controls to mitigate the risks.
  • Actively work with teams to review their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide constructive feedback to ensure risks identified and controls documented.
  • Partner with HR Data Risk Management (data retention/data privacy) and HR Control Management (User Tools, SOX, and CORE) to establish awareness of all program requirements and key deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to teams to ensure compliance with internal programs such as User Tools, SOX, CORE, Access Controls, HR Data Risk Management (data retention/data privacy).
  • Draft clear control-related communications to share with teams to help simplify and accurately define requirements associated with control-related activities.
  • When required assist teams with certain control-related activities, perform CORE and SOX testing.
  • Work with teams to define business-specific business recovery plans for global consistency and update the firm's business recovery system Electronic Recording Machine, Accounting (ERMA) to reflect approved plans.
  • Responsible for testing that the data and information uploaded in My Rewards (prior to being visible to the employee) is accurate for the various programs related to Executive Compensation Plan Administration.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3 + years relevant work experience. Risk & Control and/or HR Experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with Excel

  • Ability to communicate clearly with global team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Prior experience of HR systems would be an advantage
  • Identifying and recommending opportunities for process improvement and simplification
