The Lead College Connect Enablement Manager is a change champion with a strong passion for coaching, providing consistent best practice reinforcement and mentoring College Connect Sales Rotation professionals. This position involves shifting mindset, elevating skills, and ensuring college connect cohorts are leveraging proper resources to feel supported and set-up for success. This role also partners with sales leaders in building a coaching, accountable-driven culture they need to produce high-performing sales teams.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Drives on-the-job adoption of sales methodology while assessing organizational developmental needs and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Provides real-time coaching, feedback and thought leadership to sales leaders and front-line teams strengthening credibility and trust
  • Facilitates open forums driving innovative breakthroughs and best practices
  • Drives optimization and application of technology resources (systems/tools)
  • Coordinates, develops, and delivers standardized initiatives and utilizing ecosystem partners when applicable
  • Executes coaching, mentoring and buddy programs for new college connect members, assist in defining on-boarding milestones
  • Evaluates and measures results of adoption strategies and enablement solutions
  • Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the Mid-Markets sales organization
  • Partners with Talent Development to update CC training programs offering subject matter expertise, training content and field-based developmental opportunities
  • Establish leadership development guidelines for hiring, onboarding, coaching and feedback, reporting/mgmt. tools in meeting established goals

What We Look For in a Candidate

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • 5+ years of account management/lead generation experience
  • 1+ year experience with coaching or development or management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in making an impact and driving business outcomes
  • Experience in presenting, consulting, coaching, and advising college connect grads and active cohorts
  • Possesses leadership qualities and applies emotional intelligence to coaching practices
  • Passionate and effective in educating, empowering and inspiring teams
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to influence and build strategic relationships
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced, multifaceted enablement team and environment
  • Ability to coach the coach in driving change with sustainable results
  • Knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, Word, Power Point) in creating professional enablement/training content with ability to quickly learn new application software skill

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
