Actalent is working with a General Contractor who is based in Fort Myers, FL. They are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to work on their local projects. This is a great opportunity for entry level candidates to work with a company who provides room for advancement and is involved in a growing market.

Job Details: General Contractor that focuses on Commercial, Retail, and Vertical Construction. This person would start out at the project on the Southwest Regional Airport.

Job Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working in Construction
• Must have knowledge in construction contract documents, blueprints, specifications, as-builds, detailed takeoffs and change orders
• Must be able to work independently and as a team player with a strong work ethic
• Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with owners, subcontractors, and city officials
• Ideal candidates will have prior experience with similar project background

Experience Level: Entry Level

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
