Description:
Betches Media is seeking a part-time Entertainment writer who will write daily pop culture content for the Betches site (celebrity, TV, movies, award shows, etc). Candidates who live and breathe pop culture and who are “in the know” about entertainment headlines will have the most fun in this role, which will report to the Senior Editorial Director, Web and work closely with all editorial team members.
The ideal candidate is a huge Betches fan, a creative thinker, and an excellent storyteller full of great, unique ideas. You should also have sound writing skills, amazing attention to detail and a strong journalistic background with an emphasis on excellent news judgment, as well as an interest in thinking outside the box when it comes to pitching and story ideation.
