We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable part-time Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator manages many elements to prepare for our client’s events. They also coordinate with our internal team of photographers and videographers. This is a perfect position for a stay-at-home parent. Position is work-from-home with the exception of in-person training in Utah County, UT. Preference is a candidate living in the Utah or Salt Lake valleys but all will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Manage communication with clients and team members, including phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Ensure that all required steps are completed before the event date.
- Verify and update project details in Airtable database. Prior experience with Airtable is not required, but candidates must have the technical ability to work with spreadsheets.
- Help resolve any issues from clients and team members. Escalate issues when appropriate.

- Excellent Communicator - verbal and written English
- Computer Literate (Microsoft/Google Apps / Spreadsheets)
- Experience in the Wedding Industry / Photography or Videography a plus
