RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client looking for an experience Remote Web Developer.

Summary:
You will need to think through complex problem spaces and drive clarity in ambiguous spaces. The Web Developer will ideate and brainstorm about new innovative technology solutions to various design and engineering problems. You will make designs delightful and real through code and iterate on these designs to make them really shine.

Duties:
  • Offer constructive feedback followed by creative and effective solutions; Communicate to stakeholders when technology constraints require design or engineering compromises
  • Follow best practices and provide code review feedback to your peers; Collaborate with others to bring ideas to life and create websites and prototypes that convey experience intentions when static comps can't tell the whole story; Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 8 years of engineering or development skills, or significant industry experience uniquely qualifying you for this role
  • Experience working on CMS driven websites
  • Strong attention to detail and your own brand of craftsmanship
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively cross functionally with other teams (Design, Research, Engineering, PM)
  • GitHub, CodePen, or other links showcasing your skills or a UI/UX portfolio is required
  • A solid grasp of core front-end technologies
Desirable skills & experience:
  • A deep understanding of the product design and research process and a desire to help make improvements and bridge gaps
  • Strong understanding of production requirements and the willingness to steer work to minimize negative impact
  • Confident presenting and promoting design solutions
  • Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team of designers and developers
  • Strong brainstorming skills, from participation to leadership
  • Previous experience working with static site generators
  • Understanding of Azure Cloud Services
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
