3:5 Creative[s] is a Creative Agency + Studio here to set a new standard in creative excellence as a full service Marketing agency for Forward-Thinking Brands seeking to generate Revenue and grow Brand Awareness.

WHAT WE DO: We allow E-commerce and DTC brands to Innovate through digital marketing strategies, experiential events and content creation that builds awareness alongside community within a conscious consumer niche.

The Internship

In this role, you will operate as a skilled developer, developing on WordPress CSS, HTML and HubSpot CMS-based websites. You will be responsible for working closely with our Web Team to develop custom websites and other web solutions for our clients. You will also be integral to advancing the skill set of junior-level team members.

Starts right AWAY!

This internship does not offer a stipend, but the experience is priceless! We provide letters of recommendation and the opportunity to network. After evaluation, interns may be brought on a part-time paid internship. Students can also receive college credit.

Location: Our internships are fully remote. Work from home or anywhere else that is convenient for you. We offer internships year-round, with flexible hours and an upbeat work environment!

Time Commitment: Approximately 20 hours a week Monday-Friday for 90 working days.

In this role you will:

• Creating new HTML templates, CSS stylesheets, Javascript code, and other programming languages as needed to support the functionality of the website being created
• Testing web pages for functionality and usability, including conducting user testing sessions with customers or clients
• Analyzing data to determine how effective certain marketing efforts have been in driving sales or increasing brand awareness
• Assisting developers in creating websites by performing tasks such as creating database structures and writing code
• Maintaining and updating existing websites by adding new content and deleting outdated content
• Working with designers to create graphics such as banners and logos for use in online advertising campaigns
• Communicating with teams of programmers, designers, marketers, and other staff members to coordinate the development of new projects

Internship Requirement:

• WordPress: 2 years (Preferred)
• Web Design: 1 year (Preferred)
• Elementor & WP Bakery
• Database management
• Shopify, WordPress, Drupal, HTML, CSS, and Javascript, Liquid
