This position involves providing regular maintenance, and repair services for water treatment equipment across various locations in the East Bay, Stockton, Lodi, Sacramento, Fairfield, and Vacaville areas. The ideal candidate should be physically fit as the job requires heavy lifting of over 50 pounds. You will also be responsible for changing reverse osmosis filters, whole house carbon filter changes, and performing general service on water softeners. Prior experience in water treatment service is not required, but would be considered a plus. In this role, you will need to have your own vehicle for transportation and will be paid mileage and hourly for drive time. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with customers. Key Responsibilities: Perform regular maintenance and repair of water treatment equipment at various customer locations Install new equipment as required and ensure that all work is done according to company standards and safety guidelines Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend appropriate solutions Maintain accurate records of service calls, including parts used and time spent on the job Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have an interest in the water treatment industry, then we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity..
