Summary

MOD Restaurant Shift leaders are the heart and soul of the restaurant. As a restaurant shift lead you directly influence the success of MOD by keeping restaurant operations moving smoothly during your scheduled shifts. You will lead and director your MOD Squad while delegating tasks so that customers have the MOD experience.

As a MOD Restaurant Shift Leader your objective is to live, teach, and demonstrate MODs purpose in all interactions.

Shift Leads in this location earned $19.23 per hour last quarter including tips.
Restaurant Location - Severna Park Marketplace, 553 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, Maryland, 21146

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MOD Squad members and delegate tasks
• Exhibit a commitment to customer service
• Problem solve to improve shift execution
• Share your knowledge with others to encourage and champion teamwork and operational success
• Act as the food safety leader and ensure food quality, accuracy, and cleanliness in both back of house (BOH) and front of house (FOH)
• Maintain restaurant appearance standards for customers
• Maintain a uniquely MOD customer experience in the restaurant with your demeanor, volume of music, engagement, speed, and service.
• Coordinate all cash handling policies and procedures

Compensation

$19.23 per hour = $15.50 per hour starting wage + $3.73 per hour in tips

Basic Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or similar setting
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience with and desire to solve problems
• Must be 18+ years old

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or restaurant environment
