GREEN SCREEN Video Editor for Long Form Online Learning Content
We are expanding again, and looking for another video editor to add to our team.
Our company produces online training videos for the retail sector. For this role the following is required: solid video editing experience, must work in Premier Pro & After Effects, experience in creating motion graphics, the ability to work with stock motion graphics etc. (Adobe Character Animator is a strong bonus), proficiency in green screen/chroma key, color correcting, and transitions.
The standard duration of the finished online learning programs can range from 10min to 6hrs.
As a completed product, this initial project will be a 6hr, 11 “Section” (module) program, with quizzes interspersed throughout (which is done post production by someone else). The role of the video editor is to complete the video component so that it is ready for the Course Creator to upload into Rise Articulate to create a full program, which is then transferred to the client’s LMS.
The videos are enhanced with Intro's and Outro's, stock and prerecorded footage and images, music, transitions, motion graphics etc.
Each Section video is approx. 30 min duration. Each “lesson” within the modules is approx. 5 min duration.
The Hierarchy for the program is:
1. PROGRAM Title
2. Section Title (30 min approx)
3. Unit Title (5-6 min approx)
4. Chapter (which is done post video editing)
5. Downloads that are attached when the course creator uploads all the content.
Each clip (chapter) is made up of:
a) Host video (with selected backgrounds)
b) Stock footage, motion and still graphics (made on After Effects, Biteables, Keynote, or Canva)
c) Demonstration scenes (which can be either footage we have filmed or animations created through an animation app)
d) Stock Word Graphics and Callouts to highlight key points, special effects to create interest, Step Processes, etc
Additional Support Assets:
We use multiple apps for support assets such as Envato, Motion Array, Biteables, Storyblocks, Graphicmama, Animkaer, TheSlideQuest, Canva etc.
Feedback and changes are done in frame.io which allows for communication in real time.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
