Overview:

This position is based at our Virginia Beach, VA campus location.


Salary range $50,000 - $70,000/year


ECPI University is seeking a highly skilled video editor with a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of direct response marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in both broadcast and digital commercial production, and a proven track record of creating compelling content that engages audiences.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and edit videos for various platforms (commercials, promos, social media, etc.).
  • Use technical & creative skills to enhance footage and create engaging content.
  • Optimize videos for different channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to elevate our video production quality.

What you'll need:
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing software.
  • Familiarity with Mac computers and direct response marketing.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a data driven results centered environment.
  • Availability to work in person at our Virginia Beach campus.
As part of your interview process, we will ask you to share a demo reel with at least five 30-sec commercials and two long-form examples, detailing your role in each project. Please include the link on your resume if possible.
