Discovering the Jewish Jesus, a National Christian Television show is looking for a video editor in the Columbus, Ohio area. This person will update shows each week for individual stations, produce/edit social media shorts, and administrate distribution of said content. Must possess comprehensive knowledge of computer editing software, and related equipment. Experience working in a studio and the post production environment is a plus. Must be able to learn and apply new and advanced technology quickly. Candidate is REQUIRED to have a Christian perspective of the world and exemplify strong Christian values in alignment with the ministries standard of conduct and statement of faith.
Typical Weekly Responsibilities include:
Editing/Producing: 8-16hrs per week
short format editing for social media and story telling
Show Formatting for Weekly Airings: 20-24hrs per week
Filming: 2-6 hrs per week
Administration: 6 hrs per week
Skills in these categories are Preferred:
Administration
Adobe Premiere
Videography- DSLR based
Skills in these categories are PLUSES:
· Experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro
· Experience editing in Adobe Audition
