Jordyn's Vetsitting LLC is a premium petsitting service made up of veterinary professionals. We specialize in servicing Charlotte’s special needs pets and pets with behavioral challenges; such as a diabetic on insulin, a pet needing subcutaneous fluids, or a fearful pet that needs someone who can read pet body language and knows how to handle them in a fear free manner. While we do specialize in special needs pets, we often take care of happy/healthy pets too! Most of our clients are located in the Plaza Midwood, NoDa, Uptown, South end, and Elizabeth neighborhoods of Charlotte.
Vetsitting provides those that have dedicated their lives to working with and helping animals an additional income stream and the chance to further leverage their skills, all in a flexible and fulfilling environment.
We offer in-home overnight petsitting at the clients home, boarding (in your home) , drop in visits, pet taxi, and in home services such as nail trims and anal gland expressions. You don't have to offer all of these things to be considered, just let me know what you are personally capable of offering. Please note that being willing to stay overnight in a clients home pays the most. To be considered for this position you must have at least one year background of working in the veterinary field, ability to administer SQ injections, and confidence in working with fearful and anxious pets.
We are looking to add a qualified, reliable, and honest member to our team. Fear free certification is preferred but not required.
