Job Purpose


This position will primarily be responsible for FrontRunner learning management system (LMS) administration, FrontRunner digital rights management (DRM) system administration, and additional administrative duties to provide support to FrontRunner training and documentation development initiatives and projects globally.

Job Duties and Responsibilities


Each day will present you with new challenges and opportunities to test and grow your skills. As a Training Support Specialist with Modular, you’ll be responsible for:


  • Create secured PDF documents
  • Publish and assign secured documents to DRM publications and customers
  • Add new DRM customers as required
  • Update and maintain DRM document, publication, and customer lists as required
  • Provide reports as requested
  • Notify the DRM system vendor of system issues; make recommendations for changes/updates
  • Manage and coordinate correspondence for the FrontRunner training mailbox and respond to compliance-related inquiries in the compliance mailbox and seek guidance when appropriate
  • Help maintain logical and user-friendly structure within the FrontRunner training department content management system
  • Help maintain logical and user-friendly structure within the FrontRunner training and documentation SharePoint system
  • Liaise and act as the first point of contact for clients (internal and external) to resolve issues
  • Manage the FrontRunner document approval process
  • Document and test FrontRunner training and documentation department policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with FrontRunner product copyright and trademark guidelines within training material
  • Assist with training development under the supervision
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Required Skills


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • On-the-job experience working with Microsoft operating system (8 or greater), computer applications, web applications
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and balance multiple tasks.
