Training Analyst, Corporate Training & Development
UC Health is hiring for a Full-Time Training Analyst for the Corporate Training & Development department at the UC Health Business Center.
The Training Analyst coordinates all departmental programming-related work for training, vILT programming, and in-person classrooms. Provides room scheduling, and setup services. Develops project work plans and facilitates teams to implement and support new applications, products, or upgrades.

Department Details:
- Corporate Training & Development department is dedicated to supporting the growth and development of all employees through training initiatives, including new hire orientation. This department utilizes the latest Oracle technology and supports the needs of the learning team by growing this platform.
Responsibilities

- Monitors and supports CPT work area processes, metrics, and asset inventories
- Prepares and processes purchase requisitions to support project needs
- Monitors CPT calls and work requests
- Monitors vILT classroom and ILT classroom issues.
- Maintains and repairs classroom, conference room, workstations, and technical devices such as but not limited wireless mikes, laptops, projectors, peripheral IT equipment and printers.
- Audiovisual equipment: consults with outside vendors on equipment and maintenance services.

- Generates New Hire Orientation communications to new hires utilizing intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
- Provides technical support to new hires as they access and complete eLearnings in ONE TOUCH, and generates reports to monitor course completions.
- Confirms and manages New Hire Orientation attendance verification and communicates with OneStopShop representative for needed new hire follow-up.
- Performs needed follow-up communication to NHO and other training program participants.
- Monitors and responds to CPT email account daily.
- Facilitates end user meetings (virtual and in-person).
- Develops consensus within user groups.
- Encourages and displays actions that result in high client satisfaction or process improvements.
- Provides effective written and verbal communication to end users.
- Schedules, delivers, and sets up audiovisual equipment as requested by CPT team members.
- Provides support for virtual meeting applications such as Microsoft TEAMs

- Tier 2 support for ONE TOUCH Learning (Learning Management System - LMS).
- Creates database standards such as naming conventions, curriculum setups, tracking of enterprise-wide training initiatives.
- Trains associates requesting administrative access.
- Creates utilization reports from DDI Pinpoint, OpenSesame and ONE TOUCH Learning.
- Imports e-Learning modules into LMS.
- Works with vendors to resolve issues.
- Works with IS&T to resolve issues.
- Determines how upgrades affect users.

- Control information and all other data elements maintained in the system.
- Identifies problem areas and works with HRIS staff to develop communication and/or processes for resolving and preventing situations from occurring.
- Assists in the development and distribution of production reports requested by users.
- Provide project support for HR applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science combination of education preferred.
- Two or more years experience in technical support or analysis in a PC environment required.
- Intermediate-level Excel, Word and Outlook skills required.
- Ability to work in a team environment, good communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a changing environment required.
