As a Training Coordinator, you will provide expertise in analyzing technical service training needs for the services function, prioritizes demand, creates offerings and registers students in the Learning Management System. You will manage additional activities in the training management function including cancellation and swaps and post training activities.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work integrally with associated teams to capture, manage, coordinate, and schedule training (globally) to internal and external partners and customers. This includes select duties functioning as a registrar.
  • Collaborate with Program Manager assisting efforts to manage resources to create course offerings – Instructors, Equipment and Classrooms
  • Manage a Learning Management System enrolling students in training courses and offerings and assign students to training plans.
  • Promptly interacts with customers regarding questions including course inquiries addressing training needs of all students, efficiently and timely.
  • Identify areas for improvement, drive initiatives to improve efficiencies creating or updating Standard Work procedures.
  • Support global training management planning processes.
  • Interact with all areas of the Healthcare Institute training team to understand changes to class schedules, classrooms, and customer impact.
  • Manage training schedules, cancellations, registration swaps and other changes as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associates Degree and minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing, customer service role.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and web delivery tools (distance learning).
  • Computer skills for MS Office Suite; Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power point and Excel.
