• Bachelor’s Degree in Professional/Technical Writing or related field.
• Proven experience in creating end user documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent research, writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Experience working with stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Aptitude to learn quickly and translate technical concepts and ideas
