Key Role:
Manage all aspects of product engineering activities, including hardware, software, automation, and IT. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. Maintain responsibility for product ownership of the Asset Management solution for Mobile device types. Develop and maintain product schedule and scope, elevate risk, and maintain quality delivery of capabilities, services, and deliverables associated with Asset Management, to include Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and Configuration Settings Management. Work with supporting teams, including architects, engineers, data integration developers, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services throughout the period of performance. Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders on product statuses, working sessions, technical exchange meetings, and milestone reviews.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in data platform technologies, performing data analysis to build application requirements, and developing logical workflows or wireframes to communicate desired behaviors
2+ years of experience in Agile development, including defining and creating enhancement requests, user stories, acceptance criteria, capacity planning, backlog management, and in-depth usage of common Agile tools, such as Jira, and methodologies
1+ years of experience with cybersecurity solutions
Experience in presenting product concepts to senior leaders through presentations
Knowledge of software development processes and product lifecycle
Ability to collaborate and present to both engineering teams and leadership
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience as a product owner, Master's degree and 3+ years of experience as a product owner, or 7+ years of experience as a product owner in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience using Jira to manage software and product development
Experience with Workspace ONE, IBM MaaS360, Microsoft Intune, Splunk, and Elasticsearch
Experience working in a federal government, government, or large scale corporate environment
Knowledge of cybersecurity products
Ability to learn and apply new concepts, including self-teaching and learning through doing
Possession of strong oral and written communication skills
Possession of strong analytical, problem solving, and diagnostic skills
Agile Certifications
Security+ or CISSP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD).
