DIRECTV is seeking a Tech Project and Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end project or program management throughout the life cycle of a software/system development project/program. This strategic leader will be responsible for one or more complex projects that require high levels of functional integration with some organizational change management. While this is not a supervisory role, this individual contributor partners with teams to select, develop, and implement the appropriate project management methodologies, and associated tools and processes.

Here's what you’ll do:

• Lead Sales & Service Executive Reporting supporting various sales channel, field, and customer service departments.
• Responsible for reporting automation efforts across Sales & Service.
• Drive project development and execution by working with teams to define, sequence and estimate/schedule activity schedule and duration.
• May manage resource planning, cost estimation, budget development, cost control, risk assessment, change control, etc.
• Ensure consistent application of project management methodology processes, tools, and documentation throughout a project’s lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members.
• Manage the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues.
• Support and facilitate all phases of project planning and execution.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Bachelor of Science in Business/Information Systems, Computer Science, Applied Science or Math, preferred.
• 3 – 5 years of intermediate level technical professional experience.
• Subject matter technical knowledge within a discipline and sound understanding of business reporting tools, primarily Power BI.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Low (N1): $87,400 - $131,100

Mid (N2): $92,000 - $138,000

High (N3): $101,200 - $151,800

Top (N4): $105,800- $158,700
