Back of House

As a Back of House Team Member, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
• Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
• Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with all members of the staff
• Always leave your station organized, clean and prepared

Cashier Drive Thru and FOH

Join the Slim Chickens team as a Cashier! The Cashier serves as the face of Slim Chickens. They make that critical first and last impression with your extremely outgoing personality. You are the ones that must create the welcoming atmosphere that Guests will associate with Slim Chickens going out of our way for them.

To ensure a great Guest experience, the Cashier must always smile as you:

• Possess a thorough understanding of the menu and be able to recommend items and answer any questions that Guests may have.
• Are adept at running the register as well as being comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Help Guests with take-out orders, as well as pre-bus, offer re-fills and clean tables.
• Serve food to customers from the window with a high focus on positive energy and creating a great guest experience for our customers.
• Maintain the appearance of the restaurant from the Guests’ perspective. For example keeping:
• The lobby and restrooms sparkling clean
• The condiment station clean and fully stocked
• The parking lot free from trash
• All green space presentable and inviting

Pay is commensurate with experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
