Reporting to the Managing Director of the FSCM SBU, the Executive Support Specialist - FSCM provides administrative support to team Leadership, members of the department and initiatives within the department and across the firm by performing a wide variety of complex and administrative functions in support thereof. This position requires a high level of confidentiality as well as the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously. This position has high visibility for the department which requires positive, effective, courteous, and professional communication with clients (external/internal), vendors, business professionals, and timekeepers. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The full time base annual salary for this position in the Denver, CO market is expected to range between {$74,000- $105,000}, in Los Angeles the market is expected to range between {$85,000- $125,000}, and in Oakland the market is expected to range between {$86,000- $126,000}. Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed, and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
