Route Delivery drivers needed for our Fort Wayne facility.

Job Description:

Delivery of packaged ice to gas stations, carry outs, grocery stores, and other various locations. You will be trained to operate a Home City Ice route truck and deliver to approximately 15 stops per day. Basic customer service skills are required. We ask that you be courteous, communicative, ability to listen, and being efficient during your deliveries. No experience necessary, we will train!

Benefits of being a route delivery driver for Home City Ice:

A CDL license is not required to be hired but we do require a CDL permit within 2 weeks of hire date. We will train and pay for your CDL license. Work Outside as opposed to inside a factory. Stay cool in the summer heat while working with ice, you get paid to work out (moving ice is physical labor) , we pay commission (minimum is 15/hr , but, the more ice you deliver the more money you make) , and, it is a job you can have 'in your back pocket' for years to come.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 to apply. Must pass a background check, pass a drug test, and pass a DOT physical. (these are all Company paid)
