Job Description:

We are looking for a Store Manager with luxury retail experience who will bring creativity and leadership to our team. Reporting to the District Manager, the purpose of this position will be to direct and lead superior retail strategies and perform store operation functions to achieve financial growth and sustained brand equity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury fashion, a track record of success in sales management, and the ability to build and manage a winning team.

As the Store Manager, you will ensure our customers have a world-class experience when they visit our stores. You will need to deeply understand our brand, products, and values and be able to inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service. In addition to managing the store's day-to-day operations, you will also be responsible for driving sales and profitability, setting up store displays & making sure the store adheres to branding & marketing guidelines, creating a culture of inclusion & belonging, and developing & growing talent within the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge, providing each customer with personalized and elevated experiences.
  • Continuously analyze store performance and take necessary action to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Train, coach, and develop the sales team to provide high-quality service and achieve individual and team goals.
  • Plan and execute events and other marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring appropriate levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain store visual standards by setting up displays and mannequins and ensuring the store always adheres to Bleusalt's branding guidelines.
  • Adhere to all operational policies and procedures to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and the community to enhance the brand's reputation and drive business growth.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen by understanding organizational objectives and strategically prioritizing and budgeting with Director to align with company priorities and values.
  • Manage training process for new hires and current employees on Bleusalt culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policy and programs, and other associate responsibilities.
  • Recruit and make hiring, pay, and termination decisions for positions underneath the hierarchy, including members of store management.
  • Understand and comply with all Bleusalt Stores policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Achieve plan through managing and holding others accountable for operational results, in-store procedures, payroll management, store schedules, cash handling, and inventory control.
  • Create a high-energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors to other associates, supervising and providing consistent coaching on the sales training process to ensure the highest level of service and sales.
  • Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building with partnership from the corporate office.
  • Continuously encourage, coach, and provide qualitative feedback, utilizing reward, recognition, and performance management processes to improve team engagement and performance.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of luxury retail experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience required.
  • Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, Word/Doc, Excel/Sheets, Gmail, client tracking systems, and point of sales (POS) systems.
  • Ability to perform all essential job functions and able to lift up to 40 pounds. While performing the duties of the job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, kneel, squat, crouch, bend, stoop, talk, and hear.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • College diploma or some college is preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $86,750.00 per year
