**
*Job Responsibilities:*

• Create daily/monthly goals for the center and its associates.
• Mastering the Guest Service Associate role and leading by example.
• Supervise, motivate, discipline, and coach associates in the moment, and as needed.
• Conduct all Strut Team Meetings and prepare activities or resources.
• Celebrate positive associate performance and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Handle all guest issues that arise in a timely manner and be solution oriented.
• Complete weekly associate schedules and manage time off requests.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and submit orders in a timely manner.
• Prepare and cross check payroll reports.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates as needed.
• Takes ownership and accountability for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover.
• Maintain and uphold EWCG culture within the center.
• Follow all EWCG policies and procedures and always provide an exceptional guest experience.
