Job Description

We are looking for a Model / Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for driving sales and increasing brand awareness through email marketing, modeling, and live selling on social media platforms like Facebook and TikTok. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and has a passion for marketing and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Model the latest women's fashion and styles for our brand
• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Create and execute live selling strategies on social media platforms like Facebook and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visual content for social media posts, ads, and email campaigns.
• Use data analytics tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance and optimize future campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Collaborate directly with ownership team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable modeling bralettes in front of the camera and on live social media selling platforms (You can see examples of our products at jadyk.com)
• Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, modeling, and social media sales.
• Proven track record of driving sales through email marketing and social media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools, including A/B testing and segmentation.
• Experience with live selling on social media platforms like Facebook and TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, innovative, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

• Mount Juliet, TN 37122: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
