Bachelor's degree or some college in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field *preferred, but not required

Full Job Description

We are looking for a talented, full-time social media manager to represent our company by building a social media presence and brand voice for our various concepts. The social media manager will be required to create high-quality original copy and content for each of our brands, determine a target audience and how to capture the attention of a unique market, and engage with our guest and audience in an impactful way.

This person should also engage with influencers, oversee our customer service across all platforms, report weekly/monthly analytics, and monitor trending topics and conversations. The Social Media Manager will work directly with the Communications & Creative Services Department regarding the individual brand’s voices and marketing campaigns.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities

  • Running and monitoring the company’s social media accounts for each brand
  • Formulating high-quality written content for each social media campaign and post
  • Working closely with creative leaders to coordinate photography
  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence
  • Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers
  • Working closely with creative and operational leaders to schedule posts and content for weekly specials and events
  • Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
  • Responding to comments on each of our accounts
  • Overseeing customer service provided via social media
  • Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives
  • Working closely with communications leaders to maintain the company’s voice

Social Media Manager Requirements

  • Some travel to each of our locations will be required
  • Ability to measure the success of campaigns through social media analytics
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Attention to correct grammar, punctuation and spelling
  • Brand awareness, all content needs to be within our brand guidelines and standards
  • Ability to build social media communities
  • Ability to receive feedback and adjust content accordingly
  • Must be proficient in working with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Canva
