A Los Angeles international beauty manufacturer/distributor is looking for a Social Media & Content Manager. This position reports to the Brand Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with Marketing, PR, E-Commerce, and other internal departments

· Copywriting on all social platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

· Utilize Dash Hudson to maintain Calendar and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

· Source and manage content including UGC and branded content

· Community Management, including the day-to-day messaging, outreach, monitoring and moderation of social media channels and general engagement with audience

· Aid in the development of the social strategy as it relates to messaging, engagement, and content performance based on reports

· Analyze Social Analytics and report on findings to upper management and marketing team

· Create educating and engaging video and photography content in alignment with brand image and strategy

· Create micro-content such as social graphics, memes, and animated GIFs.

· Coordinate with Studio Photographer for social content shoots including scheduling photo studio, creation of shot list and mood board, and sourcing props

· Manage all phases of Influencer Marketing

· Assist with PR lists, product seeding and tracking

· Coordinate with Brand Managers on miscellaneous needed Social Media items

Qualifications:

· Minimum of a 2-year degree preferred and/or 2 years’ experience in the social media field

· Must be forward thinking, extremely organized and have the capacity to juggle a variety of project-oriented tasks

· Experience in content creation preferred

· Experience using TikTok and Instagram

· Proficient in Excel, Canva, and Social Media Management Software such as Hootsuite and Dash Hudson

· Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

· Proven to be reliable, diligent, self-motivated, and dedicated
