Job Description

We are looking for a video game and music/sound Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and providing technical support to customers. The Service Technician should also be able to work independently and have excellent problem-solving skills. Must have a clean driving record. The service tech will work Tuesday through Saturday 1pm-9pm.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair customer equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on customer equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Troubleshoot customer equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer service calls.
• Provide timely feedback to customers on service call status.
• Comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
