Hourly Range : Up to $20/hour + commissions

A Day in the Life of a Service Advisor at Harley Davidson!

As a Service Advisor here at Milwaukee Harley Davidson, you are the main point of contact for customers looking to get their bikes serviced at our dealership. You are the liaison between our customers and service technicians.

Duties Include:

• Ensure customer service by working with customer to determine their motorcycle issues/problems and develop ongoing relationships
• Inspect bikes to identify and verify service needs
• Work closely with service technicians and explain pricing details of repairs with clients as needed
• Sell additional services by pointing out service specials or additional work needed
• Assign service jobs to technicians based on skill level and current resource utilization
• Keep customers in the loop on their repairs and communicate when it is ready for pickup
