Renaissance Milwaukee West, a premium distinctive hotel is seeking an energized and curious minded Server to join our team in Eldr+Rime.

Voted Best New Restaurant by Milwaukee Magazine Reader’s Choice, our team at Eldr+Rime is immensely grateful for the community support. Our restaurant takes inspiration from Scandinavian lifestyle but serves beverage and food that are familiar to every American palate. The name, which loosely translates to FIRE+ICE highlights grilling over live fire and wood oven roasting while also offering delectable seafood prepared over ice. We have one of the best cocktail bars in Milwaukee. Featuring our happy hour or as we refer to it, Hygge Time. In addition, our patio for outdoor beverage and dining, which can be enjoyed all year including experiencing one of our Stugas (igloos) in the winter. Dome dining in the igloo is a one-of-a-kind experience.

Role Summary:

• Serve and engage with our guests in a warm, professional, competent, and prompt manner.

Responsibilities:

• Serve guests beverage and food items while engaging and contributing to a memorable dining experience.
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Describe beverage and food items and assist guests in selection of items, as needed.
• Follow all payment handling procedures.
• Comply with established procedures regarding serving of alcohol and identification of minors.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety within B&F space.
• Report to work on time and in full uniform.
• Other duties as required.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Fine dining experience preferred.
• Flexible availability is required (including weekends).

Compensation:

• The starting pay for this position is $7.25 per hour. This is a tipped position.
