Overview:
Oasis has an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Tech III located at the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. In your role as an Engineering Technician 3, you will directly support the Telemetry/Flight Termination Systems within the Missiles Sensor and Instrumentation Division with testing various weapon and missile systems in support of the Redstone Wide Engineering Support Services (RWESS) contract.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of applicable experience supporting engineering or testing of hardware in the appropriate area of specialization; or 2 years of applicable college/vocational/military/technical school and 3 years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area; and the following additional requirements Experience in the following areas is required: ability to understand basic engineering terminology; understanding of proper cabling technology; familiarity with cable assembly tooling to include crimp tools, torque test fixtures, crimp pull fixtures and solder equipment; preparation of test items including test equipment setup; and ability to write assembly instructions, test procedures and provide support for quality inspection of first article deliverables.
- Experience must include knowledge of electronics such as printed circuit boards, oscilloscopes, CIRRIS Systems high voltage cable testers and discrete wire harnessing.
- Experience must include a working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Windows Operating Systems (OS) for personal computers and MS Office products.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 3 years
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Construct and test cables and wiring harnesses from drawings.
- Use drawings, general and special test equipment to test cables, wiring harnesses, populated printed circuit boards, receivers, and transmitters.
- Use drawings, general and special tools and test equipment to assemble, test, and troubleshoot TM kits.
- Integrate TM kits into missiles prior to test missions.
