The Role

As a Sr. Manager of Field Marketing, you will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns and programs to increase the funnel and ultimately to acquire new customers and upsell existing customers. This position will develop and deliver tactics to drive high-touch local marketing programs to move prospects and customers through the sales cycle to meet Lumen revenue targets. You will support the Lumen sales organization in a fast paced environment that requires both marketing and sales expertise.

This is a work from home/field based role that covers Washington State. You will need to live in the geater Seattle area and travel to other parts of the state will be required at times.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver marketing tactics that proactively drive marketing programs through a planning, execution and result tracking cycle.
  • Ensure awareness, adoption and participation of marketing campaigns and tools by sales professionals and deliver action plans for improvement.
  • Manage formal feedback loop to provide field input on programs and promotions to product and segment marketing teams.
  • Drive lead generation activities, local events and promotions in order to drive lead conversion and attain overall revenue targets.
  • Track and analyze marketing programs and tactics through a variety of tools.
  • Participate in sales organization projects and initiatives to provide marketing support and resources.
  • Create and execute a variety of local campaigns through various media channels such as digital, streaming, Out of Home and other channels.


What We Look For in a Candidate


  • At least five years consumer marketing or sales experience
  • At least 5 years managing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Experience with site analytics tools such as Sales Force and Tableau
  • Familiar with high speed data technologies, particularly fiber to the home internet.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail oriented.
  • Strong team player with an ability to plan, influence and execute in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to react and adapt to changes in business priority and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for improving user experiences, driving innovation, and using data to drive decision making.


Preferred

  • Experience with digital media/social media
