The Senior Manufacturing Manager (Factory Productivity & Integration) will be responsible for partnering and co-leading Variable Cost Productivity efforts with primary focus on Factory Productivity and Integration projects across the MICT organization. This leader will leverage the existing framework of the Imaging business units and functions to improve cost productivity in material and processes through the entire value chain and build a culture of continuous quality and productivity improvement. Partnering with Strategy deployment, offering advanced analytics and execution on the definition and optimization of our footprint strategy for Imaging for manufacturing, sourcing and go-to-market.

- The Senior Manufacture Manager will partner and co-lead with the MICT VCP Leader the extended organization responsible for delivering VCP target and operational plans.
- Also partner and co-lead NPI integration projects with primary focus on establishing VCP processes at pre-production stages and generating roadmaps of ICV$ and “total landed cost” strategy to meet go-to-market strategy.
- Leading the operating rhythm across the Imaging business, to include all products segments and functional teams, including supply chain manufacturing and sourcing, quality, and service.
- Integrate P&L financial reporting, standard cost analytics, and Lean Mfg. tools across MICT, to provide a clear picture of VCP execution.
- Create deep financial partnerships and become 1-Team regarding the VCP and go-to-market Budget cycles/business case strategy.
- Lead Benchmarking analytics to improve VCP execution and strategy decisions
- Embed Lean principles into VCP execution management. Define key process indicators (KPIs) and cascade to product team and functional owners. Launch problem-solving reports (PSRs) to address gaps in KPIs.
- Drive project execution and funnel building across product segments and functions. Initiate actions to ensure disruptive cost ideas are identified, and that projects are activated through appropriate staffing funding, and prioritization.
- Identifying trends adverse to cost productivity; cascade these trends to root causes with proposed solutions; develop and vet business cases for these solutions. Gain project approvals and funding; shepherd and drive projects and their functional owners to successful completion, with validated field benefits.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the organization in VCP excellence
- Drive simplification and innovation to deliver optimal benefit/resource tradeoffs across projects & programs, while building and fostering a culture of continuous reliability & productivity improvement
- Lead and co-ordinate the definition and optimization of the overall Manufacturing, go to market and sourcing footprint for the Imaging business.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years operational experience in Service business.
- Experience with leading large cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Exceptional skills as a change agent, influencer, and process excellence leader.
- Demonstrated success in project management.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate with employee and customers at all levels.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and internationally dependent on business needs
- MBA or master's degree in an appropriate technical field.
- Strong mix of technical and business acumen, with experience in product engineering and/or supply chain.
- Experience in a complex program management environment, including large and small projects simultaneously.
- Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise.

The salary range for this position is $148,000 - $222,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
