We are a fee-based financial planning practice located in Maitland, FL. Our clients are high net worth individuals, small business owners and retirees. Our team is cohesive, collegial, family-oriented, and professional. Together, we provide our clients with an extraordinarily high level of service. A significant component of this service is our administrative support process. This position is Part-Time or Full-Time.

Job Responsibilities –
- Maintain an exceptional service experience for our clients; develop and implement systems to support this high-level experience
- Process new business & service-related paperwork for investment and insurance clients in a timely fashion
- Set appointments, manage meeting logistics, and take a proactive role in managing team’s calendars
- Handle complex client service issues independently
- Provide support for marketing projects: coordination and logistics of client appreciation events; maintain practice marketing materials to compliance standards
- Assure that practice is operating compliantly
- Maintain proper documentation through technical systems (RedTail CRM, imaging, etc.)
- Create great looking documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Schedule regular meetings with advisory team members to review practice and individual goals
- Work proactively with our Business Operations Manager on business process updates and compliance
Job Requirements –
- Prefer 3+ years immediate past work experience supporting a financial advisor in a similar role
- Must have good understanding of financial planning, investment advisory and insurance businesses
- Must have excellent abilities with software: MS Office, CRM systems (we use Redtail), eMoney (pref.)
- Series 7, Life, Health, and Annuities licenses are preferred but not necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics or equivalent work in the industry
