Senior Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.


Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.


Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.


In this role, you will:

  • Provide executive administrative support to the Director, Pentagon Support Group (PSG)
  • Provide executive support to the Director NRO (DNRO), Principal Deputy Director NRO (PDDNRO), Deputy Director NRO (DDNRO) and other NRO Senior Staff as required when working from the NRO Pentagon Suite
  • Maintain Pentagon office / suite for Senior NRO Leadership and facilitate seamless access to the Pentagon for NRO Senior Leaders,
  • Support the Office of the Director and Front Offices of the Directorates and Offices (Ds & Os) for timely execution of tasking, prepare correspondence / read ahead materials and manage conference calls for NRO Senior visits in the Pentagon,
  • Manage, organize and improve office operations and procedures in support of NRO, Security, Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) and Operations Directorate, Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force (SAF/AAO),
  • Prepare correspondence and read ahead materials, manage meeting schedules, conference calls and coordinate visit requests,
  • Manage Pentagon office and facility (5,705 usable square feet – Room ME775/MD774a/ME813b) improving and organizing office operations and procedures in support of MID Security, Secretary of the Air Force Administrative Assistant (SAF/AA) and Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD)
  • Support Directorate and Office level executive assistants and military assistants for timely execution of tasking,
  • Provide oversight for facility / Information Technology (IT) infrastructure at the NRO’s Pentagon suite, including managing Air Force Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router / Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR/SIPR), Joint Staff workstations & printers, and all office suite computers / telecommunications / network / IT equipment,
  • Manage the Pentagon suite conference room with a variety of diverse network connections, Polycom and secure Video Teleconference (VTC),
  • Manage NRO Privilege User / Tier 3c media file transfers and Pentagon Client Support Technician (CST) management of NIPR/SIPR accounts,
  • Track, file, close and archive Tracking Information & Enterprise Response (TIER) actions initiated by both internal and external organizations to include assigning, coordinating, consolidating and evaluating group responses in order to present a polished, timely and accurate product to the MID Director or higher,
  • Coordinate NRO/JWICS VTC for PSG Symposia,
  • Prepare Engagement Activity Reports (EARS) – Initiate draft, distribute to team and post final,
  • Provide administrative support to Chief and Deputy Chief, PSG and assist User Engagement Support (UES) and Navy NRO Coordination Group (NNCG) staff to develop relationships with key DoD leadership
