SEASONAL POOL ATTENDANT

Summer approaches! And Lewis Apartment Communities is hiring for a part-time POOL ATTENDANT at one of our newest, upscale communities in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca.

As our Seasonal Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring proper utilization of the pool and surrounding recreation amenities within the community, while assertively enforcing regulations, while promoting exceptional customer service to residents and their families.

More of your responsibilities will include:

• Completing recreation pass checks in pool areas, fitness center, and clubhouse while verifying each resident is only accompanied by two guests.
• Addressing the behavior of residents and guests that are not following amenity rules pertaining to their apartment lease.
• Observing and patrolling pool amenities and enforcing safety regulations.
• Providing excellent service consistent with community standards.
• Identifying and reporting defects of any amenities and notifying supervisors immediately of hazards, injuries, and/or equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations.
• Ensuring amenity areas are clean and orderly at all times, such as pool furniture rearranging, cleaning tables, trash clean-up, etc.
• Assisting with additional duties such as retrieving packages from the package locker
• Property walks to review patios and garages for patio violations and post notices on the doors
• Reviewing, posting content, and responding on Active Building regarding any pool updates
  
• Assisting grounds with trash collection and ground-related projects, as needed

Part-time schedule & Salary: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 12pm-7pm, and Thursdays as necessary. Starting hourly wage is $20.00/hour. You must be 18 years of age to apply. These opportunities begin in May and will end September 30, 2023.
