Syngent is a Managed Service Provider in TECHNOLOGY_INFORMATION.

We are looking for key role positions to fulfill our current needs to provide excellent support for our customers.

Our work environment includes:

• Work-from-home days

The current Service Coordinator role will work with project managers and customers on scheduling projects for services teams. As part of this, work flows processes must be coordinated and maintained.

• Follow processes that allow for a successful service calls such as confirmation of date/time, location, point of contact, access to locations, etc.
• Communications is a key for success. Must have!
• Must be very organized
• Must be outspoken and not shy
• Work Remotely with project managers and owner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Benefits:

• Paid time off

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: Remote
