Job Description
Title: Sales Trainer
Location: Houston, TX
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales training programs for new and existing sales representatives to ensure they have a deep understanding of the company's products and services and can effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers
- Deliver training sessions to sales representatives in both individual and group settings
- Monitor the performance of sales representatives and provide coaching and feedback to improve their skills and knowledge
- Develop and update training materials, including training manuals, job aids, and multimedia presentations
- Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skills gaps and develop training solutions to address them
- Collaborate with sales managers to ensure training programs align with business objectives and sales targets
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training and incorporate them into training programs
- Work with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to ensure a coordinated approach to training and development
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Sales training experience in the cell phone industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong coaching and feedback skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and training development tools

Salary: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
